It isn't you but lots of people are rude as shit when asking. I had a rigged way to make the one I made work but it involves alt tabbing the window right where the spot is, would like to make a proper one but it just sucks to put all this effort into reading all of this and it's not working. I read the parts I needed but you gave me a script that looks like it won't work for a background window? I honestly don't know how someone could help people out everyday, I know you hear the same stuff over and over. It's for a background window, it needs controlsend? That could set expectations at the outset- and yes, there are even some posts that do actually say, "Make a script, and give it to me"- and you will not have to worry about getting any links from me! Please just make a working script, and give it to me". This is a help forum, so part of the idea is to help people make their scripts and understand them.įor people who want a script handed to them and do not want to understand anything, do any work, do any research, etc., it may help if they state that up front: "I don't want to understand anything or attempt to modify my script. I have no problem with that sort of request. You can always ignore the posts and just ask for someone else to reply or to hand a working script to you. I also will post a link to an answer if someone else has already answered the question or a similar one. My general expectation is that people will try to understand what they are doing, so I often post references, links, etc. I don't mean to be rude, but why do some of the people who ask questions on the forum ignore the responses and scripts that they are receiving? I'm not going to profit by volunteering my time to the people who post questions. I also provided your test script above, though I have no idea whether you ran it. I actually made two scripts for you, answered questions, asked a question about your coordinates, and never received a reply.
